Why Building a Strong Team Matters
A strong team multiplies your efforts. Instead of being one person wearing 10 hats, you become a leader guiding others to wear those hats even better than you could. The right team brings fresh ideas, diverse skills, and accountability. The wrong team, however, can drain your time, resources, and energy. Building wisely from the start is the difference between burnout and breakthrough.

Think about Apple. While Steve Jobs often gets the spotlight, Apple would never have become what it is without Steve Wozniak’s engineering brilliance or the countless designers, developers, and visionaries who contributed to its success. Jobs himself admitted, “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”
