OCIA Kids Version Session 29: Evangelization & Community – Inviting Others, Sharing Faith
🌟 Sharing God’s Love 🌟
Welcome back! Today we're learning about sharing God's love with others. Sometimes people hear the word "evangelization" and think it sounds difficult or scary. But evangelization simply means sharing the good news about Jesus and His love. The wonderful thing is that you do not need to be a priest, a famous speaker, or a Bible expert to do it.

One of the best ways to share your faith is through the way you live. When you are kind, honest, forgiving, helpful, and joyful, people notice. Your actions can show others what God's love looks like. Sometimes the example you set can speak louder than words.
Think about something you really enjoy, like a favorite game, movie, song, or restaurant. When you find something great, you naturally want to tell others about it. In the same way, when God brings peace, hope, love, and joy into our lives, it makes sense to want to share that with other people.
Sharing your faith is not about arguing or forcing people to believe what you believe. Jesus invited people with kindness, patience, and love, and we can do the same. We can share God's love by caring for others and showing them respect.
There are many simple ways to share your faith. You can invite someone to church, pray for a friend, help someone who feels lonely, encourage someone who is having a difficult day, or talk about how God has helped you. Small acts of kindness can have a big impact on someone's life.
The Church is like a family where people support, encourage, and care for one another. Just as teammates help each other on a sports team, members of the Church help each other grow stronger in faith. When people feel welcomed and loved, they are more likely to grow closer to God.
Sometimes people feel nervous about sharing their faith because they worry about saying the wrong thing or not knowing enough. That is completely normal. You do not need to have all the answers. Sometimes simply sharing your experience, showing kindness, or inviting someone to join you at church is enough.
This week, pray for someone who may need hope or encouragement. Look for ways to show kindness to others and consider inviting someone to church, a youth group, or another faith event.
Always remember that you do not need to be perfect to share God's love. God often works through ordinary people doing simple acts of kindness, friendship, courage, and love. Sometimes the way you live your faith can help lead someone closer to Jesus.
