WHAT IS ALKALINE WATER

Well, you would have to be hiding under a rock to not have heard of the various health claims about alkaline water. To begin, “alkaline” in water refers to its level of pH (how acidic or alkaline a substance is). This can range from 0 to 14, with 14 being the most alkaline.
