Through the Stagioni Italiane classes,  you will learn delicious techniques on how to create one of a kind Italian food right at home. You can choose from making your own pasta and learn how to make its perfect pairing or learn how to make a delectable risotto and how to pair it.

About Chef Lorenzo Bonissoni

Chef Lorenzo Bonissoni hails from the heart of Milan, Italy. Family togetherness is very important to him and most importantly when it comes to sharing a meal. Chef Bonissoni was able to attend ALMA culinary school.

While in Italy, Chef Bonissoni also worked along Chef Matteo Casadio at La Terrazza Bartonili, a gourmet seafood restaurant. He also worked at La Buca Bartolini with Chef Thomas Battistini, with whom, along with the whole team, were able to achieve a Michelin Star.

Moving back to the Bay Area brought Chef Bonissoni to expand his expertise in Sardinian cuisine with Chef Massimiliano Conti at the acclaimed La Ciccia, as well as A16, Michael Mina’s Test Kitchen, and Old Bus Tavern with Chef Max Snyder.

Hours of Operation

We operate Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm for call consultation, inquiries. Usually, events do not take more than 8 from the time we arrive to the time we clan and leave.
