Sonny has been invovled in real estate since 1989 when he purchased his first investment property at the age of 23. A close friend showed him that buying real estate is the best long term investment. Sonny quickly learned that accumulating properties every few years would ultimately put him at ease when he decided to stop working. His hands on work building homes and managing rental properties gave him the knowledge and expertise to advise his friends and clients what they should and should not do when investing. Sonny has made the mistakes along the way and hopes to help others avoid the same costly errors he had to endure.
