Chas Wilson & Paige Cain, Owners/Listing & Buyer Specialists/Realtors®
Chas and Paige work closely with our sellers from the day their home is put on the market to long after the sale. They educate sellers about current market trends and helps get their home sold quickly for the most amount of money.
Chas and Paige are also responsible for training and consulting all members of our team and are committed to making this the team of choice in SE Minnesota.
Denise Haywood, Team Manager
Serving as the Team Manager, Denise oversees the day to day operations of the Wilson & Westgard Team including marketing, office management, and advertising. Denise also stays in contact with the client with all parties involved from contract-to-close to make sure the purchase or sale of their home goes smoothly.
John Westgard, Field Coordinator/Realtor®
John assists Chas and Paige with our sellers by tracking and reporting the day-to-day activities that are going on while their home is on the market. John never knows where he’ll end up during the course of a day but he always has the most important thing in mind… our clients.
