We get the work, then hire area unemployed and teach the basics of home repair to those with problems holding a job. We screen all our help, insuring the customer of honest workers and supply on site supervision at all times.
90% of the profits from each job is given to the workers, with only about 10% used for expenses. Our goal is to put local workers to work and not to make a large profit.
