The Regional Chambers of Commerce - San Gabriel Valley is a business and community associations incorporated as a 501(c)(6) business. The Chamber of Commerce is not part of local, state, or federal government, though the chamber does often collaborate with government agencies in order to accomplish the chamber mission.
Chamber membership dues as well as non-dues items such as events, sponsorships, contracts, and sales of various products and services fund the Regional Chamber of Commerce. The vast majority of chamber memberships are small businesses - businesses with fewer than 20 to 35 employees, on average; however, we also support the growing corporations in the area as well.
Today's chamber of commerce, rather than being narrowly focused on one particular industry, issue, cause, or activity, focus on a broad range of activities and support for both businesses and communities.
The Regional Chamber of Commerce - San Gabriel Valley represents the cities and communities of Diamond Bar, Walnut, La Puente and the unincorporated communities of Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights and Valinda.
