Pole Expression's mission statement is to improve the quality of life for women who want to hold their heads high, see dramatic changes, and express themselves in a way that can only be done through pole fitness. Pole fitness increases strength, flexibility and confidence. This workout will lengthen and tone muscles by using balance and the weight of your body for resistance. Many people confuse pole fitness to be a sexual and risque dance. However, pole fitness allows women to express themselves in a decent and comfortable environement. When done correctly, pole fitness is a beautiful combination of sensuality, incredible strength and balance. Classes are 1 hour long, including 15 minutes of stretching and 45 minutes of strength training. Pole fitness is truly a full body workout. Each class targets different muscle groups to be sure that certain areas are not overworked. Every class routine changes so muscles will not adapt to the workout. Pole fitness is a fun and challenging way to get the body you have always wanted. Results are guaranteed with regular attendance. Jennifer Hooper is the founder of Pole Expression and has been instructing for approximately four years. Her previous partnership was with Jessie's Lingerie in Salt Lake City and due to the economy the two had to part ways. Immediately afterwards Pole Expression was built. Jennifer has been certified in Long Beach as a pole fitness instructor. She has improved many women's lives and lives to do so. Come in and try out a fun all over workout that improves confidence, flexibility, and strength.
