It is a voluntary and confidential structured process in which my role is to facilitate communication between the parties, assist them in focusing on the real issues of the dispute, and generate options that meet the interests or needs of all relevant parties in an effort to resolve the conflict and find a mutually agreeable solution.
Serving all of Southern California, I have developed excellent skills in resolving disputes specifically within the entertainment industry, but also between businesses, organizations and associations, individuals, landlords and tenants, debtors and creditors as well as employers and employees.
