Little Rascals is not a new company, but an expanded one. Donna Boyd the owner of LRCDC has been providing excellent childcare both in Missouri and Kansas for nearly 20 years.Knowing the level of care out there, and being a child advocate herself, Donna decided it was time to do something, and she did! She has had a reputation of providing excellent care to the children she watches and their families. Commitment and integrity is hard to find in any business. At Little Rascals, it is easy to see and once inside you can feel the difference. The home like atmosphere is soothing for the children. The “Station Rotations†were created by her and her kids attending her home daycare. The atmosphere at LRCDC is very much like Vacation Bible School every day! Since children love to be on the move, Station Rotations are the perfect answer. For the teachers at LRCDC, they love to come to work! Mission accomplished!!
