Looking for a Frisco, TX Weight Loss Center? Frisco Fights Fat wants all Texans to join us in the fight against the sicknesses and medical complications that result from poor nutrition and obesity. Currently, 65% of Americans are overweight. 30% are medically obese. 30% of children 6-19 are overweight. 15% are medically obese. We want to stop this harmful trend. We want you to feel the difference that optimal nutrition promises. We want you to reach your target weight and keep it off for life.

Our 13-week program advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Our classes are small, informal, and fun. Each person will receive personal weekly, one-on-one coaching. The $35 entry fee will be paid out in cash prizes to the winners. Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent. If you fail to weigh-in or show up for a class, you will pay a $5 fee - as well as a $1 fee per any pounds gained. These fees will be added to the cash payouts.
