Employee Wellness Program:
• Employee initial individual consultation/assessment FREE.
• Includes Scored Individual Health Risk Assessment {HRA}.
• Individual Coaching of each employee and family member, up to one hour each FREE. This 60 minute period may be used through emails or phone sessions in as little as15 minute increments.
• Employee Wellness Program {EWP} with no monthly premium and only a $50 Annual Registration Fee for both employee and family members in the same household. The program is much more effective when supported and participated in at home.
• Program requires an employee to assume the additional duties of Wellness Coordinator. The coordinator will have unlimited time access to the Coach; will learn new marketable skills and should be given a quarterly bonus that is performance based only.
• Weekly Newsletter focused on wellness tips and encouragement
A truly individualized, with personal coach, program that utilizes coworkers and the family integrated into an environmentally friendly support group.
