The number one issue was the extremely high prices that people were being asked to pay. His heart went out to those folks who truly needed the tub but could not afford the price. He soon realized that he could start his own company, deliver the same quality tubs, have better customer service, offer a showroom where people can actually come see one, and do so for half of the cost. So he quit and did just that.
