Waterloo Counseling Center is a nonprofit agency that has been offering mental health counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families since 1983. Services are offered on a sliding scale, some insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted. While Waterloo serves the entire Central Texas community, the agency specializes in diverse populations, including the GLBT community, Spanish speakers, and people with HIV/AIDS. Therapists are fully licensed and have special certifications in modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
