Snider Services started at the beginning of 2010 by married couple, Chris and Bobbi Snider. They were managing quite a few rental properties and handling quite a bit of turnovers due to the sliding economy. When they called to get a cleaning service to help with the workload, they were surprised at the high price. It was this astonishment that prompted them to hire their own cleaners to handle their rentals. Eventually, through many referrals, they began cleaning commercial buildings and offices. As the need grew, so did their clients. But they noticed soon, that cleaning was an unwanted expense for many business owners. Some business owners would try to delegate the cleaning to an existing worker, e.g. the receptionist, secretary, ect. The standards of cleaning not only went down, but also, the output of work on that employee went down as a result.
